Abstract

In his presentation, professor Fernando Andrés Martínez Moscoso analyzed the role of possible amendments within the Ecuadorian Constitution, in the context of the popular consultation of February 5, 2023. In this way, the repercussions of these questions were considered both in the functions of the State and its implementation in practice as well as within the social and political approach. In addition, regarding environmental law, the role of water protection areas related to questions 7 and 8 of the popular consultation was analyzed.
