Abstract

In his presentation, Jorge Baquerizo-Minuche examines the notion of “constitutional amendment” through the analytical tools of legal philosophy. He seeks to clarify some expressions that jurists use in their speeches concerning the constitutional amendments process provided in the Ecuadorian constitution. The aim of his presentation consists of elucidating important concepts in order to properly face legal discussions on this subject.
