The Mediation and the Breach of Payment of Alimony in the Context of the COVID 19 Pandemic

Abstract

The following paper has compiled the opinions and postures of diverse experts about the mediation in the alimony matter of children and adolescents, by using the DELPHI technic. In a practical perspective, this research exposes in a qualitatively way the opportunities and obstacles that this method could face in front of the actual problematic that is happening in the breach of payment of the alimony. Also, this paper shows aspects of the transformative mediation theory and it’s importance into the future of the relation of the people involved in these conflicts. Finally, the conclusions obtained can make the lector know what’s necessary for the suitability of the mediation in this problematic, in the context of the pandemic.
